Race to Remember is a very important event for us. Our family has been affected by this disease. Many of our loved ones have passed from Alzheimer's and our hope for this race is to bring awareness and raise money to help find the cure. There needs to be a cure. Dixie Irene Davis Jones, our grandmother
For years we have donated to the Alzheimer’s Association, but we felt like we needed to do more. So we got together and decided to have a race. What a perfect way to exercise, have fun and raise money for the cure!
We hope everyone had a great time at our inaugural event. We really appreciate your support and hope to see again on October 2, 2010. Spread the word...together we can make a difference!
Thanks again for making it a successful event!
Special Thanks to our family. Without your support, this could not happen!

Race to Remember will be honoring:
Christine Jones Rice, our aunt
Will Davis Whitmire, our great aunt
Bulan Davis, our great uncle
Clarence Jacob Berg, our grandfather-in-law
